Our online shop is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell out products and services to you.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for refund. Products must be in new, unused condition. Please ensure all packaging and proof of purchase is included in the return. Products will undergo quality control checks by our team before the return is processed. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of being delivered to us. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. AURUM advises that international customers ship their returns via registered post to ensure traceability upon the orders arrival in our studio.

ORDERS, BILLING & DELIVERY

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order. Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.
