We currently ship to Australia, the UK, Western Europe and the United States. We are building our brand to open up more shipping opportunities in the future. Shipping prices are dependent on your region, rates are calculated at checkout.

We currently ship through Australia Post. Please visit auspost.com.au for estimated delivery times for your items. We currently offer Express Post in addition to Regular Post on orders within Australia.

Please note that all overseas orders may be subjected to taxes and/or duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to predict any taxes or duties your package will incur in your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer upon the arrival of your parcel. We encourage you to contact your local customs authority for more information around these charges and what to expect prior to placing an order with AURUM. Please note that we do not cover additional storage or shipping costs resulting from denial of customs clearance and/or failure to pay due local charges.

returns policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily refund your purchase, excluding original shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of your items. Please note, return shipping is at the buyers expense. Please contact AURUM within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for further details on how to return your item(s). Products must be returned in new, unused condition. Original packaging will need to be included in the return, along with proof of purchase from AURUM.

If your items have arrived damaged or are faulty in any way, you will be offered a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact AURUM upon receipt of any damaged or faulty items with proof of purchase and images of the damage / fault to start the returns process.

All refunds will be processed once AURUM has received and checked all items. Please allow 2-3 days for funds to clear into your account.
